HackOHI/O X, Judge and Mentor Sign-up Form

HackOHI/O is back in the Ohio Union from October 8th - 9th! Join us for Ohio State University's premier hackathon! This year, we are offering a hybrid option to participate as a mentor and judge. If you are interested in volunteering as a mentor, judge, or sponsor company representative, please fill out this form. Sign up deadlines are currently set for Friday, September 30th.

Mentors will assist participants throughout the event with any questions or concerns they may have while creating their project. Demand for mentors will be high at key times such as early afternoon October 8th, later that night after dinner, and the morning of October 9th. Please sign up for a shift with the sign up form that is linked at the end of this form. NOTE: Mentors can participate both virtually and in-person (at the Ohio Union).

Judges will help us score teams on October 9th by reviewing their projects in the form of a video submission and live discussion with the teams. NOTE: Judges will be virtual only. If you are interested in attending the event in-person and want to judge, please sign up to be a mentor as well.

More details, including logistics and parking, will be distributed at a later date to those who have signed up.
